We collect the following details when you use MomoRadar:
- Account details: email address, name (if provided via OAuth), and authentication credentials necessary to maintain secure access to the platform.
- Payment records: processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive financial details on our servers. Only subscription status and transaction identifiers are retained for billing purposes.
- Usage analytics: pages visited, features accessed, alerts viewed, session duration, and interaction patterns. This information helps us understand how users engage with the platform and identify areas for improvement.
2. How We Use Your Data
The details we collect serve essential functions that enable us to deliver a reliable and secure service:
- To provide and maintain the Service, including user authentication, alert delivery, and access to real-time market intelligence
- To process payments and manage subscriptions through our payment partners, ensuring accurate billing and plan upgrades
- To send service-related communications such as account confirmations, security alerts, and subscription notifications
- To improve the Service based on usage patterns, feature adoption rates, and user feedback, allowing us to prioritize development efforts effectively
3. Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell personal data to advertisers or third-party brokers. Data is shared only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform:
- Stripe: for payment processing and subscription management. Stripe maintains PCI DSS compliance and handles all sensitive financial transactions.
- Supabase: for authentication, database storage, and real-time subscriptions. All records stored with Supabase are encrypted at rest and in transit.
- Vercel: for hosting infrastructure and performance analytics. Vercel provides edge caching and global content delivery.
These partners are contractually obligated to protect user data and may not use it for purposes beyond those specified in our agreements.
4. Retention Policies
We retain account records for as long as the account remains active or as necessary to provide services. When an account is closed, we may retain certain details for a limited period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receiving such a request, we will permanently delete all personal records within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business interests such as fraud prevention.
5. Security Measures
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encryption in transit via TLS 1.3, encrypted storage at rest, secure authentication flows via Supabase Auth, and regular security audits of our infrastructure. While we strive to protect personal data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but maintain ongoing monitoring and incident response procedures to address potential vulnerabilities.
6. User Rights

- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete entries

We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking mechanisms.
