Pro subscribers receive priority support with a same-day response target during business hours. All other inquiries, including those from Basic and free-tier users, are answered within 1–2 business days. Our team is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Emails received outside of business hours will be addressed on the next working day in the order they were received.
